About the Job
- This role will be responsible for product processing, packaging, labeling, processing of orders in order to coordinate with the picking, packing, and the delivery.
- Successful candidate will ensure product quality standards are maintained, complete and accurate orders are processed and delivered, and inventory integrity is maintained.
Competency/Skill/Requirements
- Good personal presentation and professionalism
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- B.Sc in relevant field
- 2-3 years experience processing customer’s order in an e-commerce/ distribution environment
- Excellent organizational
- Attention to details
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Inspect labels, bar codes and other features of completed product and orders
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
- Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policie
- Receive, process, package and label product
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete logs for inventory
- Report and resolve any discrepancies
