Job Title: Sales Executive (Diagnostics Products)

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • To anchor and support sales and business development activities across assigned territory
  • Responsible for marketing and sales of diagnostics products in assigned territory
  • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients
  • Submits orders through company approved methods
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as, weekly work plans, weekly report and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Competition intelligence gathering
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; studying partner literature to improve product knowledge
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Execution of targeted market development and customer relationship management strategies for assigned territory
  • Coordination with technical teams (Engineering and Application Specialist) for timely demo and trouble shooting
  • Generate leads & convert leads into sales
  • Ensure timely payment collection
  • Ensure better customer satisfaction.

Education and Skills Required

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in selling FMCG products or Medical related products
  • Must have graduated with a 2.1′ from a reputable university, preferably with a degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.

Competency and Skill Requirement:

  • Self-starter and highly motivated individual with ability to work with limited supervision
  • Have a proven track record of Target Achievements and innovative deployments
  • Must be able to manage a territory (Wholesale, Retail (Pharmacies) and hospitals
  • Effective communicator, ability to build rapport and maintain relationship
  • Highly customer focused constantly working to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ability to impress customer and clients with exceptional presentation and customer service skills
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a Valid driving Licence- Licence to be presented during the Interview

 

Job Title: Sales Executive (Diabetes Products)

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the Sales and Distribution of Diabetes Products in his/her assigned territory
  • Delivery of the assigned Volume and Value Targets for Diabetes Product
  • Customer base expansion and territory growth
  • Responsible for ensuring right pricing of the Products and generating the required profit for his/her territory
  • Effectively execute all Marketing activities and Promotions in territory while deploying the right materials in the right way at the right time
  • Manages the Credit transactions of the individual customers to ensure zero bad debts while maintaining the required credit limit and approved length of time for credit by customer
  • The face of the company in his/her territory therefore must manage customer (Trade/HCP/Consumer) relationships while ensuring the right processes are followed.
  • Ensuring the right communication to and from the Company (a go between the Customers and the Company)
  • Effectively manage the various Company Customer Programs for Wholesalers, Retailers, Consumers and other relationships.
  • Responsible for effectively managing and maintaining all Work tools in good condition at all times.
  • Manages stock rotation within his/her territory utilizing the first expiry first out Policy
  • Adhere to all Company Policies on Cash & Credit transaction and overall Policy obtainable in the Company

Job Title: Head, Client Services

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • Oversee the company’s relationships with its customers. Overall responsibility for developing long term relationships with existing customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Lead the company’s Key Accounts and Customer Service teams.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Share regular reports of progress, forecasts, and competitor activity at customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Work with management team to bring creative solutions to customers
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts and negotiating pricing and service agreements as needed
  • Hire, train and coach key accounts and customer service team members and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work.
  • Implement Customer Relationship Management tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the company’s business growth by increasing sales to existing accounts.
  • Foster a productive and empowering working environment.
  • Build a team to deliver company business and revenue goals.
  • Maintain consistent and frequent review of issue resolution metrics required to effectively manage customer service department’s operational performance, including call grading

Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten (10) years work experience, with at least half of that time spent in Key Accounts Management or Client Services role.

 

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Summary

  • Ensure the smooth, effective and efficient running of the dispatch office in respect to sales, fulfilling orders, picking/packing, dispatch, receiving and general inventory management.
  • Ensure goods are stored correctly according to standards and specification to minimise the possibility of damage or deterioration.
  • Receive and warehouse items according to approved processes and procedures
  • Ensuring FEFO (First Expiry First Out) is used for picking items from the store
  • Check received items from suppliers against invoices
  • Making sure stock is stored correctly and safely according to approved guidelines
  • Get familiar with the location of items to locate and issue the ordered item in time and of the right quantity
  • Issue items as per approved procedures to ensure items issued are as per purchase order/sales order received and delivery is made to the right person
  • Ensure items of similar nature are stored in pre-designated locations for ease of access and optimisation of time and efforts in material handling.
  • Implement and maintain a filing system that ensures Goods Issued and other documents are preserved and easily retrieved.
  • Participate in special and scheduled stock counts as required.
  • Uphold and maintain levels of service that ensures highest levels of customer satisfaction are met
  • Ensure all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions are followed
  • Ensure outgoing cold chain items are packed according to approved guideline to maintain the integrity of such items on delivery to customers
  • Ensure all items to be shipped are correctly labelled for shipment to the right customer
  • Ensuring all stores facilities such as refrigerators, cold-room, air conditioners are always maintained and in good working conditions
  • Any other reasonable request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager or other Senior Management.

Education and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:1 grade in relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain management
  • Previous experience in medical service industry is an advantage

Competency and Skill Requirement:

  • Knowledge of requirement for the proper storage of medical items and equipment
  • Organization and documentation skills
  • Logical and systematic approach to work

Job Title: Key Accounts Executive

Locations: Abuja, Kano, Ibadan, and Port Harcourt

Job Summary

  • Oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics

Education and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:1 grade in Laboratory Sciences or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years work experience
