Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of continental dishes – Asian, Mexican & Grill
- Good knowledge of stock ordering & procedures
- Responsible for basic food preparation such as salads, sandwiches, pizza etc
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedure
- Good knowledge of mis-en-place procedure
