We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Payable Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Organization: NASCON Allied Industries Plc.
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Manage account payable presentation and provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization

Job Responsibilities

  • Logistics and Inventory verification of major and regular supplies into vendor’s account for the organization
  • Reconciliation of vendor’s account including intercompany vendors
  • Preparation of account analysis and generating monthly reports
  • Vendor payment – Scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment Is received for outstanding credit
  • Manage vendor enquiries regarding finance
  • Supervision of advance payment made to vendor.

Qualifications/Experience

  • B.Sc, in Accounting.
  • Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) certification or other relevant certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience In similar role.

Job Title: Account Payable Manager

Job Summary

  • Manage accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable process, accounts presentation and ensure strict compliance with company guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee routine departmental activities of account payable
  • Compile analyze and report financial information to management and government agencies
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial employee and client records
  • Prepare analysis of accounts and generate monthly reports
  • Monitor vendor payments and timely receipt of outstanding credit
  • Respond to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, clients, and vendors
  • Supervision of advance payment made to vendor.

Qualification/Experience

  • B.Sc. in Accounting
  • Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) certification or other relevant certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in similar role.
