We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Project Procurement Expeditor

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Description

  • Expedite all purchase orders from placement to onsite delivery
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Meeting and collaborating with key stakeholders to assess reliability of suppliers and vendors, and to identify solutions for ongoing problems.
  • Provides regular updates to all key stake holders regarding delivery status, possible issues, risks and suggests mitigating actions.
  • Meets with PMT to review lookahead requirements and reviews project program to ensure all milestones are achievable.
  • Might be call upon to carry out some procurement duties
  • Performing clerical duties, and maintaining accurate records and files of activities.
  • Liaises constantly with company appointed freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure delivery timelines are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Relevant business/commercial degree and or Higher National Diploma, Membership of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)- or national equivalent (advantageous)
  • Proven purchasing experience, preferably within an oil and gas/ marine fabrication EPC background
  • Computer literate, to include good Excel skills, Word, Oracle ERP software

Job Title: Fabrication Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Description

  • Ensure that supervisory roles are being carried out correctly by the said supervisors as per the Job description.
  • Ensure training and mentoring of local workforce is applied and carried out with the specific training needs required. The manager will identify the training required and use this to improve the workforce and eventually provide a pool of people ready to step up when required.
  • Ensure delivery schedules are adhered to.
  • Manage the budget of that area and keep costs and overheads to minimum
  • Provide leadership and support to the fabrication team in the assigned area.
  • Ensure all fabrication work areas are being managed and operated in compliance with HSEQ manual, Project Specifications and all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure both personnel and fabrication equipment are available and operational in accordance with project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure all fabrication work areas and processes are managed efficiently and cost effectively.Manage operating cost and implement effective cost reduction measures.
  • To ensure project components and structures are fabricated to engineering standards and specifications.
  • To manage all activities within the assigned fabrication area (Fabrication Workshop) to ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality and regulatory requirements. Work in conjunction with Project Management Teams and ensure the most cost effective.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience of fabrication in the oil and gas construction (or other relevant) industry. At least 5-7 years at fabrication management level.
  • Conversant with all types of fabrication techniques, tools and equipment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a complete understanding and show commitment to the importance of HSE and Quality in the day to day activities in a fabrication facility.
  • Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team and to mentor and train others.

Job Title: CRM Super User

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Description

  • Ensure timely update of the CRM system and ensure it provides an effective sales funnel
  • Ensure all pre-leads, leads and opportunities are captured in CRM
  • Provide reports and dashboards as required for presentations and meetings
  • Lead/holds weekly or monthly meetings (as required) to review Business development pipeline
  • Conduct follow ups with internal teams or clients as required.
  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  • Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
  • Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
  • Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
  • Conduct and document market research to follow trends and competition
  • Coordinate with our Directors, Business Development Managers and Sales teams to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement.To increase revenues, document, track and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as with CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices (IT to provide the Technical expertise).
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Must be a results driven individual
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field
