Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer
Location: Nigeria
Job Scope
- Preventive maintenance, corrective repairs.
Job Roles
- Work and direct
- Carry out site inspection, do lob evaluation and planning, represent company at site meeting with client.
- Commission of HVAC Equipment.
- Maintain good and cordial relationship with customer.
- Ensure signing of repair order for all completed job by client and initiating closing of repairs order with client service officer
- Establish detailed procedures for preventive maintenance.
- To ensure that the scope of work is carried out to meet customers satisfaction.
- To ensure that all required equipment are moved to site and adequate safety briefing is delivered to the working Teams.
- To ensure that customers certifies the job upon successful completion.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum of HND/BSc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years working experience with similar job roles in the HVAC Industry.
Competence:
- HVAC Industrial Repairs & Maintenance, Project Management.
Job Title: HVAC Technician Mechanical/Electrical
Location: Nigeria
Job Scope
- To be a hands-on HVAC Technician (Industrial/domestic).
Job Role
- Install, maintain and repairs mechanical/electrical components
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general mechanical maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures
Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering
Post Qualification Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience In Air-conditioning Installation/Repairs
Competence:
- Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
- Good knowledge of heating test equipment
Job Title: HVAC Engineering Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Scope
- Responsible to handle Engineering Management which includes Industrial Air Conditioning Project – Water cooled Chillers, hot water absorption, refrigeration cycle, air -to water -heat pumps axial fans.
- Installation and commissioning Air-conditioning system repairs and maintenance.
Job Roles
- Attends to project enquires from clients/Provide Technical Supports
- Calculation of cooling load estimates and HVAC design
- Site visit to assess project quotation
- Co-ordinate project activities when required.
Requirements
Qualification:
- HND, BSc. M.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering with major in Air conditioner
Post Qualification Experience:
- 15 years in Air-conditioning Project Management plus hands on experience
Competence:
- HVAC Installation, Commissioning Management, IT Skill
