We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Territory Sales Officer
Locations: Kano, Kaduna, Zamfara, Kogi, Benue, Plateau, Taraba, Gombe, Akwa-Ibom, Ebonyi, Bayelsa, Abia, Delta, Osun, Ekiti, Kwara, and Ondo

Job Description

  • The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new market required in achieving company financial targets within an assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed monthly/annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s agent network
  • Provide a monthly/annual sales plan and quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan
  • Monitor and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing and potential Trade partners
  • Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with the Finance and Business Development department
  • Partner with agents to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of sales forecast.
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc
  • Ability to communicate in English and local languages
  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales/marketing
  • Must have an android phone
  • Must be aggressive and willing to work.

 

 

 

Job Title: Area Sales Supervisor
Locations:
 Kano, Adamawa, Bauchi, Anambra, Ibadan, Ondo

Job Description

  • The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for delivering on agent, customer and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a distribution network.
  • The role involves hands-on supervision of a 7+ person field sales and operational support team across the area, ensuring teamwork and capability development, and delivering on commercial targets defined for each period.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing leadership to the area by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, and competencies and sales values are developed to exceed revenue targets
  • Setting sales targets for individual territory sales officers and team as a whole
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding agent base network
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Working via the field team to manage recruitment, activation and ongoing support of agents across the region
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and annual area sales reports
  • Overall leadership in the area, including representing the Company and its management when and as needed
  • Delivering on revenue targets for all products through agent-related transactions
  • Selection, training, coaching and ongoing performance management of territory sales officers.
  • Focus on optimization of team performance, enhancement of morale and productivity
  • Work with trade marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores across different territories

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business, Social Science, Arts or relevant field
  • Ability to communicate in English and local languages
  • 2-5 years’ experience in sales/marketing
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Previous managerial position is an added advantage.
