Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Brief
- We are currently looking to recruit Sales Representatives to manage and boost our Loan Portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:
- Two to six years’ relevant sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the credit lending industry.
Skills & Abilities:
- Goal-orientation and self-starter.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Adaptability to change.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking.
- Innovation/Creativity.
- Dogged approach to lead generation and prospect conversion.

- Impressive sales capability.
- Exceptional customer care focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Responsibilities
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Generate new sales leads for the organization.
- Follow up with existing clients and sustain long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Answer customers’ enquiries and provide correct answers; troubleshooting and creating positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals.
- Promote and sell company products to individuals.
