Job Title: Agent Network Manager
Location:
 Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and analyse the market to identify mutually beneficial partnership opportunities/ collaborations and develop strategies for execution
  • Management of the quality of the Agent Network
  • Ensure KYC, AML and CFT processes are in place and followed by all Agent Network Supervisors across Nigeria.
  • Ensure the agent call centre is operating effectively and operating within agreed performance metrics.
  • Assist the relevant staff with sales functions
  • Delivery of high quality stakeholder communications and reporting concerning the performance of the agent network.
  • Liaise with agent network partner organization for network expansion across the country
  • Understand Nigeria?s financial, mobile and electronic payment regulatory regimes and underlying principles.
  • Meet deadlines set on the project plan and roll-out plan.
  • Regularly travel to branch locations across the country to assess and monitor the agent network.
  • Liaise with marketing and operations functions of the bank to conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Ensure a target percentage 17% of Accion?s customers are served by agents
  • Ensure agents are signed up for pilot run and full deployment in 6 branches
  • Drive and/or Support, the creation of a profitable, sustainable agency banking network nationwide
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment and performance monitoring of 3rd party agent recruiters
  • Manage all aspects of ongoing projects related to the Agent Network initiative
  • Building strategic partnerships with FMCGs, Associations, and Retail Chains to identify and recruit ideal super-agents
  • Supervising regional and Branch-level Agent Network support staff to ensure quality service delivery to agents and financial targets are met
  • Periodically recommend improvement of our agent management framework, go-to-market strategy, manuals and interfaces through use and feedback
  • Ensure product awareness among staff, customers/agents & potential customers of the Bank
  • Extract insights from field data, challenges, competitor intelligence and any customer/agent to continuously drive improvements in the agency network

Key Performance

  • Understand how savings and micro credit administration works within and outside the Bank
  • Importance of impact finance in the unbanked segment of the population
  • Understand AMFB?s market penetration and expansion plan

Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Agent Banking Industry wide
  • Experience with agency distribution model in financial services or other relevant sector such as FMCG or Telco
  • Knowledge of the banks operating environment and business strategy.

Required Qualification

  • B.Sc/ Higher National Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies

Job Title: Recovery Manager 
Location

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing and implementation of sound, acceptable credit policies
  • Identification of areas for improving processes, implementing best practices and metrics to track performance management
  • Reconciling transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts
  • Maintaining bad debt and bad debt recovery records
  • Monitoring receivables and collections and providing updates of receivables and providing appropriate reporting procedures
  • Providing regular updates of receivables to management
  • Negotiating payment programs with delinquent customers
  • Identifying accounts requiring collection agency or legal action and coordinating collections with third party contractors
  • Monitoring violations of credit policies, providing analysis, conclusion and recommendations, present findings to senior management
  • The credit manager will be responsible for motivating subordinates to optimize their performance and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • B.Sc/BA/HND in Social Sciences, Business, Banking, Finance, Marketing or any other numeric course
  • An MBA will be added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 Years work experience in the Banking sector.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Minimum of First Degree/ Higher National Diploma (HND) in management studies, technology, process engineering, or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in Banking/ IT/ Analytics and Service Measurement
