JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

REPORTS TO: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

LOCATION: LAGOS

Responsibility: Manage the marketing, sales and business development function(s) of the Company.
Main Duties:

– Gather intelligence for use in developing a business development strategy that aligns with the overall Company strategy.
– Use market and sales data to prepare and develop the Company’s sales plan. – Conduct research to identify market trends, new markets, and client needs. – Research target companies to identify new leads.
– Identify relevant contacts within target companies.
– Analyze the current client base, to identify potential sales opportunities.
– Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
– Identify, pursue and win targeted client accounts.
– Highlight opportunities for growth and advise on forthcoming business development areas.
– Integrate contract requirements with Company operations.
Requirements and Qualifications: – BSc/BA in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
– Proven working experience as a business development personnel.
– Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role
