Head, Compliance Job in a Leading Pension Fund Administrator (PFA)

A leading Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) fully committed to excellent service delivery requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill the vacant position below with the primary responsibility of ensuring compliance with the Pension Reform Act (PRA) 2014 and maintaining good and close liaison with the National Pension Commission (PenCom):

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of first Degree or its equivalent or professional qualification in Accounting Actuarial Science, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Law, or in any other numerate or semi numerate field.
  • Must have sound business judgement and the ability to proactively look at markets and regulatory trends and identify existing and emerging compliance issues.
  • Must have the ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, guidelines and other regulatory requirements as stated in the PRA 2014, and/or issued by the Commission.
  • A minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the financial sector and 4 years in top/senior positions,
  • Possesses good understanding of financial records, Nigerian financial markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Assertiveness, strong relationship management and communication skills.
