We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Reporting Line: Group Head, Human Resources

Job Purpose

  • The purpose of this role is to source, interview and identify qualified candidates for positions in the company and to ensure tech vacancies are closed within specified periods.
  • The incumbent will develop and maintain a pool of talents that can fill positions when manpower needs arise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategies for the acquisition and retention of tech talents
  • Attract the attention of high-quality candidates
  • Work closely with technology department, increasingly in a consultancy role and assist line managers to understand talents needs
  • Develop technology job profiles and update job requirements on regular basis
  • Conduct survey on pay and other remuneration packages adopted in the technology industry and advise the management accordingly
  • Source top talents online and build a pool of qualified candidates that can be accessed at all times when vacancies arise
  • Adopt objective and equitable recruitment processes to ensure vacancies are filled quickly
  • Recruit potential applicants based on experience, skills and education
  • Develop a thorough and robust onboarding process that is unique to the technology industry and aligns with the company vision
  • Display high sense of ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing to interviews through hiring and ensure the highest level of candidate experience.

The Ideal Person
The ideal candidate must have:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment preferably in the consulting industry
  • Superior technology awareness
  • Knowledge of the Fintech Industry and Tech Talent acquisition
  • Talent Management and excellent workforce planning skills
  • Good leadership principles
  • Creative problem solving skills

Experience:

  • Very strong experience in the Talent Acquisition Consulting field with at least 2 years in a Middle Management position
