Riverside Microfinance Bank Limited, a fast growing Microfinance bank in Ado Odo, Ogun State requires the services of a qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position below:

Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate shall meet the following conditions:
- A good first degree or HND in Accounting, Banking or any of the related management sciences. A certificate in Microfinance Banking and additional professional qualification(s) such as ACA, ACCA, ACIB or equivalent will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years banking experience, part of which is preferably in Microfinance Banking sub-sector. He/She must not be less than a Deputy General Manager of a Microfinance bank or its equivalence and at least 5 years must have been spent at a management level in a banking environment and must have also acquired a minimum of 5 years experience in credit and marketing before his/her present status.
Qualities:
- Proficiency in the use of banking softwares is key. Such candidate must also possess demonstrable integrity and ability to drive a mission statement for the bank and should have good analytical mind, a sound administrative acumen and a thorough understanding of Microfinance Banking environment.
Age:
- The candidate must not be more than 50 years of age as at the date of this advertisement.
Remuneration
The remuneration package is attractive and negotiable depending on the qualification(s) and experience.
