Gatatransport Limited is an innovative transport investment company founded to provide the best road transport service to the Nigerian people. We are currently running a taxi fleet on Uber, Bolt among other ride-sharing (e-hailing) platforms. We have been managing risks associated with transportation business in partnership with Leadway Assurance Company Limited through various comprehensive insurance covers for all our assets currently in operation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services
  • In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
  • Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers
  • The ideal candidate should be an intelligent LADY with a BSc. in Linguistics, English, Mass Communication, Theatre Art, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills
  • Ability to act and lead commercial video productions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong presentation skill – good knowlege of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a related role is an added advantage
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Great command of English language with an accent (British or American) is also an added advantage
  • Candidate MUST be based in Lagos.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining business relationships with customers
  • Conducting business reviews, customer survey and feedback analysis to ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services
  • Content development and customer enlightenment about our products and services across all our social media platforms
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs.
