Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Rivers

Job Description

  • Responsibilities include Providing HR support to employees across the Group.
  • Teaming with HR Managers in implementing key HR activities e.g. induction and on-boarding, succession planning, talent management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of BSc/BA or HND in Social Sciences or related field
  • Good oral and written communication skill
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications


Job Title: HR Officer

Locations: Enugu & Owerri

Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor

Location: Rivers

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Opera is an advantage
  • Applicant must reside in Rivers State

 

Job Title: Maintenance Officer (Electrical)

Location: Rivers

Requirements

  • Applicant should have basic technical skills in electronics and mechanical engineering
  • Working experience of electrical,air conditioning, heating and electronic systems.
  • OND/HND or its equivalent

 

Job Title: HR Advisor – Cinemas (South)

Location: Delta

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Providing support to employees across the Group and assistance to management team on handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Interpreting labor laws and providing advice and assistance on policies and procedures as may be required.
  • Supporting the delivery of cyclical HR processes e.g. performance management, salary & bonus reviews
  • Monitoring of staff behaviour and work conditions regularly to ensure the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA or HND in any Social Sciences or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Certification/Membership of CIPM or its related is an added advantage.
  • Must reside in the South South/ South East Region.

 

Job Title: Talent Development Manager

Location: Rivers

Job Descriptions

  • Overseeing the training activities and managing training budget
  • Developing mentoring and coaching sessions for employees and building succession plans
  • Partnering with HRBPs to implement employee engagement strategies
  • Designing and planning training schedule, training needs and other internal trainings for existing staff in the company.

Requirements

  • Master’s/ University Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent
  • Extensive working experience in Human Resources
  • Previous leadership and training experience
  • Hands-on experience in implementing learning and development programs
  • Certification in CIPM or its equivalent is an added advantage

 

Job Title: Manager, HR Operations & Performance Management

Location: Rivers

Job Description

  • Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management process
  • Manage staff performance in conjunction with Line Managers and co-ordinate the appraisal process
  • Drive all Performance Improvement Processes (PIP) across the Group
  • Design capacity development interventions and coordinate the implementation of learning programs and coaching activities

Requirements

  • Master’s/University Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Extensive Relevant Human Resources Management work experience
  • Previous leadership and performance management experience with teams
  • Ability to generate and analyze various performance metrics using excel and other reporting tools.
