Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and set up stores in Warri & PH Operational base, and complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures are in place.
  • Responsible to take care of the day to day operations of the store and ensures maximum profitability for the store, often interacting with other disciplines.
  • Responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the store
  • Store Manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock”
  • He along with his subordinates are responsible for planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily purchase as well as other necessary reports.
  • Discussing and solving complex problems with suppliers and customers.
  • Responsible for product management, including ordering locally, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products and returns.
  • Coordination with procurement department for handling of local purchase if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibilities.
  • Assisting the procurement Manager during his rotation
  • Extending the Procurement activities to Warri when emergency arises

Educational Qualification required for the Position
Experience required for the Position:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Technical materials management.

Job Title: Offshore Project Security Manager
Location: 
Rivers
Key Responsibilities

  • Security focal point for Project
  • Advise PD/PM on security requirements for the project
  • Supervise Project Security Coordinators
  • Liaise with JTF and Security providers to ensure correct manning levels for the project locations
  • Coordinate offshore Security moves.
  • Ensure correct levels of security are allocated to project on a daily basis.
  • Provide timely notification of security events and incidents to Security manager and project management team
  • Report security deficiencies and mitigating measures to Security Manger project management team.
  • Act as security contact point for Crisis Management team
  • Produce project security documentation as required.
  • Seek advice from Security Manger as appropriate
  • Manage indigenous and government security forces, conduct training and deploy them as part of the overall security plan consistent with requirements.
  • Regularly conduct VPSHR briefing to government security forces deployed to site.
  • Regularly conduct security drills and procedures.
  • Interface with client security management team.
  • Perform Corporate Security function as may be required.
  • Carryout other duties as may be required

Educational Qualification required for the Position
Professional Qualification required for the Position:

  • Security Management.

  • 10 years minimum Oil and Gas Experience

Job Title: Planning Manager
Location:
 Rivers
Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding the scope of the project
  • Prepare Project baseline schedule
  • Prepare Schedule for Commercial and Proposal department during Bidding
  • Monitoring and updating accurate schedule progress toward achieving the desired project completion date and informing the project management team of changes to schedule outcome.
  • Monitor and measure Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation & Construction, and Pre-commissioning and Commissioning progress on weekly basis.
  • Prepare Progress reports and S-curves (trend analysis) of the project.
  • Prepare and render daily and weekly progress reports for the project to enable management have a glimpse of the actual achievement for the period.
  • Identify critical path of a project and pay attention to the activities in the critical path, to ensure that the project does not over run (time and cost overrun)
  • Prepare and maintain Progress measurement sheet
  • Prepare and Present the schedule of work to management and client organization involved with the project for review and approval
  • Prepare schedule look-ahead
  • Attend meetings with management and/or client.
  • Directly responsible for raising and giving notification to management in advance when from the trend analysis conducted and from observation it shows that the schedule delivery time will not be met as envisaged.
  • Coordinate activities in a structured manner in order to achieve a successful planning outcome.
  • Coordinate and liaise with the Cost Control Engineer for preparation of the project status report
  • Coordinate and liaise with the Cost Control Engineer in preparing the Value of Work Done (VOWD) on monthly basis
  • Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within set deadlines, on budget, and in line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations
  • Monitor and report Schedule implication of changes/variations and delays in relation to overall project and project critical path.
  • Prepare and compiles weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Participate in Subcontract bid and review Subcontractor bid schedule to ensure it meets subcontract requirements.
  • Responds to ad hoc request from project management team related to project controls/reporting

Educational Qualification required for the Position

  • B.Eng in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Qualification required for the Position:
  • Primavera 6 (knowledge a must)
  • Microsoft Project (added advantage)
  • Experience required for the Position:
  • 12 years minimum; EPC Oil and Gas

Job Title: E & I Construction Manager
Location:
 Rivers
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all E&I activities are executed safely.
  • Full knowledge, understanding and endorsement of all company HSES policies, procedures, rules, regulations and certification requirements.
  • Ensure availability of all subordinates for required HSES training.
  • Develop and implement construction risk assessments, job safety analysis and safe methods of working.
  • Assist in major incident investigation and reporting.
  • Assist in the maintenance and audit of the certification process.
  • Mark-up of E&I Drawings for “as-built” documentation.
  • Coordinate with the electrical and instrumentation engineering department for the delivery of drawings in accordance with the construction schedule.
  • Ensure that manpower resources including supervision are allocated to projects in accordance with the construction schedule.
  • Ensure that electrical subcontractors are working in accordance with the construction schedule.
  • Provide project progress reports as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all installation activities are carried out in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate electrical and instrumentation works with other construction disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSES) responsibilities.

Educational Qualification Required

  • B.Sc/HND in Electrical Engineering.

Professional Qualification required:

  • COREN
  • HSE LEVEL 3

Experience required:

  • Minimum 15 Years’ EPC Oil and Gas experience.
