Job Title: Patrol Inspector

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job summary

  • Supervises the Guard force.

Job Duties

  • Ensures proper use, maintenance, accountability, and care of all company equipment issued to their assigned locations.
  • Ensures high standards of guarding service are maintained in their assigned locations.
  • Writes reports of inspection findings.
  • Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences in their assigned locations.
  • Ensures that Post Orders are pasted on the wall of the Gate House of their assigned locations.
  • Timely filing of short postings in their assigned locations.
  • Ensures proper Guards turnout (that they are smart, neat, ID Card Visible & Adhering to dress code) in their locations.
  • Monitors the activities in his/her assigned locations.
  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
  • Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.

Job Title: Head, Investigation

Location: Lagos

Job summary

  • Responsible for investigating crimes, collects evidence, interviews witnesses, and testifies in court on behalf of the company

Job Duties

  • Investigate criminal acts.
  • Collects and use forensic evidence to solve crimes.
  • Handles and resolves customer complaint.
  • Interview informants, suspects, and witnesses to ascertain alibis, clues, time frames, and possible suspects.
  • Keeps detailed records.
  • Bags evidence carefully and ensure it gets sent to proper department.
  • Processes crime scenes.
  • Liaison with the Police, Military Authorities and other Law Enforcement Agencies in the Country.
  • Conducts investigation into incidents occurring on clients’ premises.
  • Coordinates recovery of vehicles impounded by the Police and other Law Enforcement Agencies.
  • Coordinates the arrest of guards or guarantors found culpable and release of guards detained unlawfully at the Police Station.
  • Provides Police hire for the company.
  • Obtain search warrants
  • Perform surveillance and monitor suspects.
  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.

Job Summary

  • Is responsible for assisting the Head, Security Manager in coordinating the provision of contractual and ad hoc security services to customers and monitoring of the quality standards of manned security services by ensuring adherence to the Company’s standards.

Job Duties

  • Ensures new assignments are properly surveyed, weaknesses identified and customers advised accordingly.
  • Ensures incidents are properly investigated and the necessary action taken.
  • Ensures the Department and the guard force comply with the Guarding Service Quality Policy.
  • Enforces discipline within the guard force and recommends disciplinary action in line with the Human Resource Policy.
  • Ensure proper Guards turnout (that they are smart, neat, ID Card Visible & Adhering to dress code).
  • Develops and updates post orders for all locations.
  • Establishes/maintains robust customer relationship to ensure complete understanding of customer processes to enable the delivery of viable security responses.
  • Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management.
  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
