Job Description

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.

 

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirement: B.Sc/HND in Accounting with 2-4 years work experience.
  • Any other professional certificate is an added advantage.

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Organising and executing training programs for branch personnel
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
  • Developing and implementing sales plans
  • Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
  • Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
  • Organising marketing activities and events for the branch
  • Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
  • Resolving customer problems as needed
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within your state

Minimum Requirements

  • B.Sc or its equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration or any other Management Related Courses.
