Dreamfield Farm Resorts – Our Juice & Salad Bar serves as a retail outlet for our organic farm produce. It offers a variety of healthy African and continental dishes, fresh juice, healthy smoothies and a range of other healthy food varieties.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Dreamfield needs a good looking, presentable, and aggressive person with great communication skills who can:

  • Work on a marketing strategy for our brand
  • Execute a marketing plan
  • Help introduce our brand to individuals and businesses in person and through the use of social media
  • Knock on doors in our immediate vicinity to socialize our business
  • Talk to businesses about creating meal plans for their staff
  • Establish partnership programs with local gyms to sell our juices and meals
  • Get us registered to participate in local events

Requirements

  • Candidates must reside around Sura, CMS, Obalende, Ikoyi, Victoria and Lekki Phase 1.

 

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Dispatch Rider is responsible delivering our products to the customer
  • He/She is expected to exhibit excellent customer service and be the face of the Juice Bar while at it
  • The dispatch will carry out other functions as assigned by the manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering packages to the customers
  • Ensures the delivery is well secured to avoid spillage.
  • Get feedback from customers on areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and service the bike when needed.
  • Meet daily delivery goals.
  • Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
  • Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
  • Load, count items and verify its contents at destination.
  • Collect payments for items delivered
  • Provide invoices for items delivered.
  • Ensure all scheduled deliveries are made on time.
  • Ensure proper use of company item.
  • Report to management on daily basis about your activities
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Any other duties as required by management.

Required Qualifications

Job Title: Restaurant / Store Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Restaurant Manager is accountable for the day to day operations of Dreamfield Juice Bar including staffing, staff training, cost controls, budgeting, and administration while being actively involved in the preparation and execution of food & beverage items for customer
  • The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead and inspire a team to fulfil the vision of this high quality operation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the high service standards and exceed customer expectations daily by holding all employees accountable to adhering to company service, quality and cleanliness specifications and food handling
  • Accomplish human resources objectives by taking part in recruitment, selection, orientation, and performance review of all staff
  • Resolve associate conflict & behavioral challenges through one-on-ones and progressive discipline
  • Effectively enforce company policies and procedures
  • Achieve operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and standards of service
  • Resolve customer’s complains through service recovery and implement change when necessary
  • Review the daily inventory levels, orders and prepared product and compare to sales in order to control costs and minimize waste
  • Maintain budget and employee records
  • Prepare and review daily sales reports
  • Use daily sales reports to identify areas of opportunity for sales initiatives and cost savings
  • Prepare payroll and monitor records

  • Follows Dreamfield’s policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety and security of fellow team members during each shift.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and products as needed.
  • Provides quality products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and preparation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitization guidelines for all products.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Summary of Experience

  • Progressively responsible retail experience – 3 years
  • Supervision – 2 years
  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year
  • Experience analyzing financial reports– 1 year

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Culinary Schooling
  • Food Handlers Certification

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Set up food stations and dining areas, and keeping service areas stocked with linens, tableware, coffee, and food.
  • Present menus to customers, answering questions about said menus, informing patrons about the day’s specials, and making recommendations upon request.
  • Know what the meal items contain and how they are made; as well as making sure that the food and drinks have the appropriate temperatures.
  • Bring wine selections to the customers and pouring drinks for customers.
  • Prepare some food selections such as salads, cold dishes, appetizers, cold dishes, brewing coffee, portioning desserts, etc.
  • Provide general customer service: making sure customers are enjoying their meals, and taking action and correcting any mealtime problems.
  • Enter orders into computers, calculating meal costs and sales taxes, itemizing orders, and collecting checks and payments.
  • Served food, beverages according to their orders and ensured proper services to them.
  • Promoted new menu additions and reminded them of the specialties of the day.

Job Title: Juicer / Coffee Maker

Location: Lagos

  • This job creates the Dreamfield experience for our guests by providing them with prompt service, quality products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. A Dreamfield juicer should model and act in accordance with our mission and values.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
  • Welcomes customers by determining their coffee,juice, smoothie interests and needs.
  • Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee,juice, smoothie drink menu; answering questions.
  • Sells coffees, juices,smoothies and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
  • Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, espresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
  • Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
  • Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, Juice and smoothie raw materials supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
