Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Ogun State

Responsibilities

  • Follow up for documents, approvals etc.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Reconcile staff advances, imprest advances etc and follow up for clearing advances.
  • Generate reports and analysis.
  • Attend and Resolve queries on cash and banking transactions.
  • Assist the Accounts Manager for monthly closing and reporting.
  • Assist during the statutory audit and annual closing of accounts.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (A Masters degree is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 5years experience in similar industry; preferably from a Manufacturing company
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Good Commercial knowledge
  • Adept in Technology

 

Job Title: Plant Accounts Receivable Officer

Location: Ogun

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up to date billing system, generate invoices, accounting of invoices.
  • Follow up for collections and allocate collections to customer accounts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, monitor customer accounts for delayed payments / non-payments and any irregularity.
  • Generate ageing analysis report and compliance.
  • Follow the established procedure for issuing receipts.
  • Cash collections to be deposited into Bank.
  • Resolve customer queries.
  • Assist the Accounts Manager for monthly closing and reporting.
  • Assist during the statutory audit and annual closing of accounts.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (A Master’s Degree is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar industry; preferably from a Manufacturing company
  • Good Commercial knowledge
  • Adept in Technology.

Job Title: Tax and Audit Officer

Location: Ogun

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly / annual statutory tax returns.
  • Maintain records as per statutory / tax requirement.
  • Respond to queries / letters. from tax authorities.
  • Reconcile tax payments.
  • Assist in internal audits, surprise checks, inventory audit etc.
  • Generate tax reports and analysis.
  • Assist the Accounts Manager for monthly closing and reporting.
  • Assist during the statutory audit and annual closing of accounts.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (A Master’s Degree is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in similar industry; preferably from a Manufacturing company
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Abreast and vast with Tax laws in Nigeria
  • Good Commercial knowledge
  • Adept in Technology.
