Job Title: Female Corporate Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must be dynamic and charismatic with excellent communication, relationship management and inter-personal skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing new customers.
  • Responsible for appointing new customers, participating in tenders & Exhibition.
  • Identify and evaluate new business and channel opportunity.
  • Follow up on leads / prospects and ensure closure of deals in line with company procedures.
  • Deliver the monthly assigned sales target.
  • Inter departmental Account Reconciliations
  • Protect the integrity of SIMS Brands and improve visibility and penetration.
  • Follow up customer’s delivery / supply and Installations.
  • Liaise with the appropriate team on stock availability.
  • Communication of journey Cycle/plan
  • Ensure Customers are delighted
  • Market Intelligence reports

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. / BA in any discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Female Store Keeper

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Core Responsibilities

  • Liase with the Branch manager to raise requisition for stock from warehouse on receipt of stock, physical confirmation of the stock to tally with central warehouse waybill and LTO (location transfer out)
  • Register goods received into goods receipt register indicating W/bill & LTO numbers
  • Register stock supplied to customer into the stock issue out register
  • Daily manual update of bin cards for all stock movements in/out
  • Reconcile monthly central warehouse confirmation with goods receipt register
  • Daily / weekly / monthly stock count and reconciliation
  • Keep and update register upon receipt of repaired items (for faulty items sent to the service centre for repairs
  • Maintenance of the following manual registers – ​(goods returned to CWH with lto and lti recorded  & interbranch supply)

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Female Store Keeper

Location: Abuja

Job Title: Key Account Manager (Corporate Sales)

Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving aggressive corporate sales targets nationwide through a focus on winning new business and clients.
  • Mapping of the overall market potential nationwide to determine the company’s market share and market opportunities for the corporate sales team.
  • Develop, maintain and expand relationships with strategic large corporate organizations and be accountable for achieving sales targets and assigned objectives in these accounts.
  • Responsible for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline as well as accurate reporting of the prospects in the pipeline.
  • Creation and implementation of effective strategies for penetrating all the segments/industries in the corporate sales channel.
  • Track corporate sales activity and provide the team with regular feedback & coaching regarding performance.
  • Manage and resolve issues/conflicts with clients to ensure business continuity
  • Review activity plans, sales results and other indicators for corporate sales managers and sales executives to ensure the team delivers on promise.
  • Conducts regular sales meetings, communicating current and new sales policies, procedures and techniques, pricing and new products.
  • Work closely with service team to ensure implementation of after sales service/warranty policies.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. / BA in any discipline.

Job Title: IT Officer (Male)

Location: Abuja

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LAN/WLAN Network making sure users can connect and work seamlessly.
  • Providing functional and technical support daily to all branches on issues pertaining to Orion database as well as other IT related issues via phone or remotely through.
  • Setting a tentative backup and recovery plan for each system while ensuring each user` PC is fully secured.
  • Installation of operating systems and configuration of email accounts as well as management of user email accounts/Cyberoam accounts and password management.
  • Scheduling system maintenance for all Pc’s in all the four (4) locations in Abuja.
  • Making sure all IT peripherals and devices are fully configured and are all in good working condition (e.g. switches, routers, scanners, printers, cables etc.).
  • Resolving software & hardware issues as well as repairs and maintaining proper documentation of all IT devices at all the branches.
  • Keeping log-sheet of network/system/application downtimes and proffer suggestions/solutions.
  • Working together with ISP Support engineers whenever there is down time for timely response and communicating resolutions to the IT/ERP Manager.
  • Handling of all IT Related issues at all four locations.
  • Handling of purchases of IT hardware/software needed within the branches once it’s been approved.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Job Description

  • Confirmation of lto and lti issued and weekly sign off by accountant, storekeeper and manager
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for various banks and flagging of lodgments not credited by any customer or to any supplier.
  • Preparation of branch monthly payroll
  • Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report
  • Make audit returns – sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tellers, etc.
  • Monthly preparation of the following:
    • Schedule of goods returned to cwh with grn confirmations received & including lti
    • Interbranch supply – confirm that credits have been received by all branches releasing goods
    • Maintenance and report on inter-branch/head office current accounts to head office finance
    • Confirmation of goods received from central warehouse or from hub warehouses
    • Weekly stock count reconciliation and report submitted to audit, signed off by accountant and storekeeper
    • Monthly preparation of grn and the schedules for local purchases sent to audit

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting or any other related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
