Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Location: Mowe Axis, Ogun

Qualifications

  • An Honors Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accounting or any discipline from any recognized Institution.
  • Must be able to use all Microsoft office packages.
  • Between 35 – 50 years of age.
  • Quantifiable experience in a similar position.
  • Must reside around Mowe, Ibafo, Redemption Camp, Shimawa Axis.
  • Added qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact to the MD
  • Handling all correspondence and phone calls for the MD.
  • Organizing meetings, appointments for the MD.
  • Booking and arranging transport, travel, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the MD/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
