Our primary goal is to be the “go to” Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Innovation Feature Team Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned time-frames
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing an Omni channel would be an added advantage
  • Experience with implementation of large technical and business projects.
  • Experience in an Agile enabled workspace is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
  • Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation
  • Experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
  • The engagement will run for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.

 

Job Title: Digital Sales / Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success driving revenue (e.g., ability to capture and close the deal), fierce work ethic, excellent communication skills and understanding of digital marketing, mobile and SEO advertising solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Selling web and digital marketing services / solutions including SEO, PPC, social media and ORM to overseas businesses.
  • Prospect new business and generate new sales revenue.
  • Create effective and persuasive proposals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
  • Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and close sales.
  • Upselling of solutions in large accounts and thus maximize revenue.
  • Grow quality pipeline,
  • Win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
  • An individual who is primarily accountable for qualified pipeline generation and accountability for deal closure.

Requirements

  • Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Experience: 2 to 7 years

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
