Job Title: Learning and Development Officer

Summary / Objective

  • We seek to grow our team by hiring a young and vibrant individual to perform the role of a Learning and Development Officer.
  • Your job as a Learning and Development Officer is to create and deliver bespoke training programmes for clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contributing in the creation, management and execution of training learning and development programs.
  • Ensuring successful integration of learning and development programs so that employees can competently meet the business needs of the client organization.
  • Creating training programmes that are aligned with client’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what they are.
  • Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development programme.
  • Working closely with various clients and having a full understanding of their organisations and training requirements.
  • Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
  • Evaluating individual and organizational development needs Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings (public and in-house)
  • Assessing the success of development plans and helping employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Helping clients analyse their training needs through career pathing, Track budgets and negotiate contracts.

Job Requirements

  • 3 – 4years’ experience in Learning and Development preferably with a Consulting firm.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification is preferred the Certified Professional in Training Management. (CPTM)
  • Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • Must reside on the island

 

Job Title: Client Service Executive

Job Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Ensuring that the client’s needs, requirements and expectations are met in line with the agency’s contractual obligations.
  • Business development – Sourcing for new client and creating opportunities for revenue generation from existing clients.
  • Providing strategic direction for the yearly client brand plan development and deliverables.
  • Actively participate in the development of new business pitch(es) and presentations ensuring optimum productivity and success
  • Planning, coordinating, and directing marketing communications campaigns for the agency’s clients.
  • Attending client meetings with the Client Service Executive or Managing Partner to discuss and determine communications/advertising requirements and budgetary limitations, utilizing knowledge of product or service to be advertised, media capabilities, and audience characteristics.
  • Working alongside colleagues i.e. graphic/design artists, copywriters, photographers, and other media-production specialists to prepare excellent creatives for client briefs
  • Ensuring that the quality of all copy and design deliverables are error-free and meet required standards for creative excellence

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Providing the creative team with a clearly defined strategy that contains concise information on the product, target audience and strategy so that they can develop creative ideas applicable to the media channels that will promote the idea most effectively.
  • Developing concepts in conjunction with the creative team (creative director, Copywriters, creative designers) for clients.
  • Giving a comprehensive framework for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client’s product as well as market share.
  • Researching on and developing strategic concepts for new businesses.
  • Conducting client surveys and other types of research to gauge the overall level of client satisfaction and address areas of concern.
  • Carrying out researches using the internet and other identified sources to keep the team up-to-date with issues/events/changes in the external environment that could impact new and existing business opportunities.
  • Exploring a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behaviours and perceptions.
  • Developing strategic plans for campaigns, and ensure the creative work not only fits the brand but is also strategically focused.
