We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos
Reporting Line: Group Accounts Manager

General Objective / Purpose of Job

  • To prepare the Departmental / Divisional Budget and ensure appropriate budgetary discipline is maintained
  • To ensure compliance to financial systems, policies and procedures within which the company operates or as established and prompt / adequate steps taken to attend to known deviations or weaknesses
  • To ensure accurate maintenance of the Company’s Books of Accounts and the timely rendition of financial information and reports to Management

Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Attend to the company’s payment procedure to ensure that payment documents are properly scrutinized and that valid payments are timely made and recorded in the company Books of Accounts.
  • Ensure that procedures for all Financial Data capture and entry into the computerized accounting system including authorization are followed as laid down to ensure authenticity and completeness of accounting information.
  • Attend to internal control issues to ensure that activities within the department comply with laid down systems and procedures and deviations promptly noted and attended to
  • Carry out Ad – hoc review of these systems and procedures and brings areas of improvement to Management attention
  • Ensure proper control on Capital and Revenue Expenditure
  • Ensures accurate timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and Annual Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Accounts and various other periodical reports needed to enhance effectiveness and efficient Management decision making
  • Prepare Outlets Divisional books of accounts, including General ledger, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet
  • Prepare Outlet Budget
  • Constantly review the Divisional Budget to ensure budgetary discipline is maintained
  • Monitors stock in the Outlet and ensures all stock items in the monthly inventory are properly valued
  • Keep accounts for individual warehouse Trade and Sundry Creditors and Debtors and ensures that balances agree with general ledger
  • Reconciliation of accounting statements and proper documentation
  • Monitor Cashiers to ensure proper accountability
  • Prepare monthly details of lodgments and send to the Group Finance Manager
  • Monitor Petty Cash and ensure all payments are properly coded and correctly posted and that monthly balances are in agreement with general ledger

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills (Preference for knowledge and use of Sage).
  • Ability to work on large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • Conversant with the preparation of accounting books in line with IFRS standard
  • B.Sc / HND in Accountancy, Finance, Economics.
  • Zero- two years work experience
  • High attention to detail, excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Title: Computer / Networking Engineer

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and secure the companies active directories and firewalls across the outlets.
  • Should have the technical knowledge on systems repairs.
  • Liaise with clients on networking projects for the company.
  • Maintenance of the Company IT standards and improving the standards
  • Management of the Company’s IT network structures (PCs, ports, switches, routers).
  • Effective Management of the Department’s network to meet the Company’s requirements consistently.
  • Involvement in the formulation of key company policies on networking.

Requirements

  • Certification: CCNA or any other certification on networking is an added advantage.
  • Two or more years of IT Network experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any Computer field.

 

Job Title: Driver (Executive Drivers, Truck Drivers (6 tyre trucks)

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Lagos road network and Highway codes
  • Good communication skills (especially for dispatch positions)
  • High maturity display and readiness to work under pressure
  • A minimum of 7 years experience are needed for immediate employment.
  • For Executive Drivers (Preference will be given to applicants that reside on the Island or neighbouring areas)
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and LASDRI
  • Should be able to drive both manual and automatic gear system cars.
  • Age: Maximum 40 years
  • Valid Riders card as applicable

 

Job Title: Baker

Location: Lagos
Specialization: (Bread baking; Cake Baking)

Summary Job Description

  • To bake bread and cake to company stipulated standard.
  • Location: Lagos – Preferably living around Festac axis (Amuwo, Satellite, cele, isolo, agboju, orile, okoko e.t.c)

Requirements

  • Education: O Level (i.e. S.S.C.E / G.C.E); O.N.D; Catering Certification or equivalent
  • Age: Maximum 35 years
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be practically skilled and knowledgeable in the specific position.

 

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (especially for dispatch positions)
  • High maturity display and readiness to work under pressure
  • 3 – 5 years driving (or riding as applicable) experience
  • Age: Maximum 40 years
  • Valid Riders card as applicable
  • Good knowledge of Lagos road network and Highway codes

 

Job Title: Auditor

Location: Lagos
Reporting Line: Group Audit Manager

Summary Job Description

  • Preparation of extensive monthly reports on audit matters for management review.
  • Conduct investigations into identified or reported risks.
  • Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
  • Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management.
  • Prepare the outlet daily gain and loss analysis report, and necessary reconciliation.
  • Conduct verification exercises from time to time.
  • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
  • Implement audit best practices vis-à-vis company audit statements.
  • Manage resources and audit assignments.
  • Identify and reduce financial risks through effective control implementation and monitoring.
  • Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance best practice.

Requirements

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary / Responsibilities

  • Management of Food Safety in outlet of operations
  • Establishment and maintenance of Standards for stock keeping such as FIFO & LIFO.
  • Trouble shooting whenever there is deviation in operational processes.
  • Ensuring compliance to Human and Environmental Safety Policy of the organization.
  • Training and retraining of personnel on food safety; quality management system and best hygiene practices.
  • Maintenance of standards for raw materials
  • Maintenance of products standards and process standards and compliance to same
  • Maintenance of standards for Best Hygiene Practices.
  • Ensuring compliance to raw materials standards through maintenance of good suppliers’ control.
  • Maintenance of analytical procedures for raw materials and products.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualification:

  • Proficiency in computer package utilization
  • Must be a person that can work under pressure and flexible arrangements.
  • Must be someone residing on the Island (Lagos Island, Lekki, AJA, Ikoyi, etc…)
  • A good First degree in Food Science or Food Technology, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years experience

 

Job Title: Deputy General Service Manager II

Location: Lagos
Reports to: The General Service Manager

Summary Job Descriptions

  • Manage good relations with the general service department and clientele
  • Preparation of monthly reports and other administrative duties
  • Work on departmental budget and presentation of same in clear concise format
  • Management and administration of the general service department
  • All other duties as assigned by the General Service Manager.
  • Coordination of all equipment and maintenance work ranging from power generators, water treatment plants, kitchen equipment, electrical and electronic systems, to plumbing and sewage systems, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, cold rooms, e.t.c
  • ‘HANDS ON’ engineering, rectifying faulty equipment and machinery
  • Identification of problems and solving same.
  • Manage a team of technicians of various fields, training the technicians when there is identified competency gap.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work on refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
  • Must have good interpersonal relations skill, relating with other co-workers
  • Ability to trouble shoot and solve challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and must have the ability to multi task.
  • Must be computer literate
  • B.Sc B.Eng / HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years progressive relevant experience, 2 years in Managerial capacity,
  • Must have a robust knowledge and hands on experience on various equipment and machinery
  • Ability to handle high voltage panels
  • Ability to work on control systems

 

Job Title: General Service Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Reports to: General Service Manager

Summary Job Descriptions

  • Track their age and disposal plan
  • Filing and documentation for the general service department.
  • Perform other functions as directed by the General Service Manager.
  • Be a go-between for the technicians and the outlets.
  • All other functions as assigned by the Technical consultant, and the General Service Manager.
  • Create and maintain a database (codified) of company equipments handled by the general service department including: generators, air conditioners, burners, ovens, grinding machines, pumping machines, mixers, e.t.c for the general service department.
  • Monitor the status of their maintenance and service schedules
  • Receive and document queries received on the equipments and machines relating this to the general service manager for prompt action
  • Track usage of company spares and replacement parts.
  • Track repair frequency for management advice

Requirements

  • Minimum of O.N.D
  • Must be computer literate with good excel knowledge.
