Job Description
- The preferred candidate(s) will supervise and coach team members to lead and deliver client engagements. Will participate in marketing and business development activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years core consulting experience and industry experience
- Master’s Degree and other relevant certifications will be an added advantage
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office suite is essential
- Strong commercial acumen, desire to learn and develop and be able to thrive in a really fast paced working environment.
- Business development experience within a consulting environment or similar experience in other industries
- Experience in or exposure to digital and emerging technologies will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate experience interacting with clients at very senior levels
- Exceptional structured thinking, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
