We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Marketing Manager – Logistics

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (lead generation, events, digital marketing, branding, advertising,sponsorships).
  • To be focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including seminars, search engine optimization/ search engine marketing, digital advertising, email, social media mktg, lead nurturing, and analytics.
  • Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

  • MBA Degree (preferable) and 3+ years relevant experience required in directly managing B2B Marketing programs for blue chip organizations with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities and also change in location anywhere across Nigeria in the near future.
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.

 

Job Title: Onboarding Manager – Logistics

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Onboarding Manager is directly responsible for acquiring and retaining transporters on the aggregation platform.
  • We prefer a candidate who has worked with transporters in Nigeria and has good references/ contacts for these transporters.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential transporters from various sources like yellow pages, online research, word of mouth, etc. and preparing a plan to meet the target number of transporters by cold calling them and scheduling meetings.
  • Visiting transporters and interviewing them with a predesigned questionnaire.
  • Maintaining a database of the transporters captured along with the feedback received on the questionnaire.
  • Maintain regular touch with the visited transporters.
  • Plan and execute onboarding seminars for the transporters identified.
  • Prepare daily reports for management of the progress achieved.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities and also change in location anywhere across Nigeria in the near future.
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.

 

Job Title: Publications Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage office of Publications and develop, coordinate and supervise the writing, editing, designing, illustrating, conceptualizing and production of publications
  • Control expenditures:
  • Provide editorial and production services to other departments
  • Supervising and creating training materials for publishing staff
  • Planning and implementing marketing campaigns, and staying up to date on market trends
  • Review and edit print material, approve all copy before publication
  • Negotiate prices with print vendors and approve final products before they are printed and distributed.
  • Expedite jobs to ensure prompt delivery;
  • Control inventory of publications to assure continuous supply

Education, General Skills and Requirements

  • A Graduate degree in English, Public Relations, Journalism or any related field of study
  • Strong business knowledge in Publications Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong content writing skill
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and be able to juggle multiple projects, Work well under pressure, and have excellent supervisory and people skills.
  • Strong computer skills like desktop design and publishing.
