Job Title: Distributor Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Details

  • Can you drive and sell? Do you have a passion for FMCG sales? Our Client, a leading FMCG distributor in Nigeria is looking to hire suitably qualified Distributor Sales Representatives

Job Description

  • Achieving sales target.
  • Maintain enough stock in the van in order to fill the requirements of customers.
  • Promote sales through regular visits to customer and retail merchandising.
  • Accountable for stocks in his van.
  • Ensure the availability of products at all retail points.
  • Ensure stocks are properly merchandised.
  • Ensure planned visits to customers.
  • Tracking and monitoring competitorsТ products and activity
  • Maintaining good relations with the customers.
  • Increasing and maintaining the existing customer base in the market.
  • Making daily sales and activity reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: BSC/HND
  • Experience: 0-3years
  • Age: Not more than 35years
  • Should have a valid Driver’s License and LASRRI
  • Candidate must be familiar with Lagos Roads; Ketu-Mile 12, and Mainland.
  • Must be good with numbers as staff account MUST be reconciled daily
  • The ability to use a hand-held sales device is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for FMCG sales and manual driving skills are encouraged to apply.

 

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Supervise and drive the sales team (DSR,BSR,OMR,MT etc) for target achievement.
  • Develop sales promotion initiatives for the Key distributor
  • Ensure the availability of products to the sales team.
  • Tracking and monitoring competitorsТ products and activity
  • Maintaining good relations with customers.
  • Work with Key Distributor Manager to ensure sales target is met.
  • Making weekly sales and activity report to the Key Distributor Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: BSC/HND
  • Experience: 5-10years
  • Age: Not more than 45years
  • Must be able to use hand-held sales device

Salary
Attractive + Commission
