Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Increase customer base by providing new profitable customer.
- Develop new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Contributes to sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Be up to date with industry, market trends and activities.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Determine & suggest price schedules and discount rates.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Expert in time management.
- Organized work ethic.
- Proven track record in sales environment.
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Motivated, driven attitude.
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least three years sales experience.
- Experience with a CRM platform (i.e. SalesForce) a plus.
