Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Service Help Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
- Must be a holder of HND / B.Sc International Relations, Public Relations / Administration or a related course
- 2-3 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the company and her clients and subcontractors.
- Coordination of helpdesk and operations department activities.
- Constant follow up with subcontractors for documentation and planned operations.
- Act as support for the Technical Manager for exchange of emails, letters, reports e.t.c
- Responsible for the administrative responsibilities in the Operations department
- Responsible for monitoring the follow up and feedback system of the Operations Department.
- Timely dissemination of information to the clients and contractors at the app time.
