Job Title: Power Plant Technician
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- To take care of Preventive Maintenance of Power house equipment’s.
- Gas Generator (5.25X2 Mw).
- Black Start Engine 1500 kva (Diesel Engine).
- HSD and Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station.
- Pump station & Dispensing unit of Petrol & Diesel
- Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators.
- Exhaust system, Ventilation unit.
- Lube oil system of Gas genets.
- Demineralized Water Treatment Plant for Power Plant.
- Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line
- To Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply.
- Take reading of complete system and record in logbook
- Maintain all the record of Preventive maintenance / Breakdown records & Critical spare.
- To attain the day to day complaints of inter/intra deptt, under the supervision of shift in charges and to rectify these complaints.
- Do the preventive maintenance of all the utilities equipment’s as per schedule / shutdown available and maintain the respective records.
- Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions in Power house .
- Use PPE on job.
- Adopt safe and healthy work practices
Job Title: Operator – Gas Power Plant
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- To take care of the Operation of Gas Gensets 2*5.25 Mw and its auxiliaries
- Gas Gensets Engine (5.25 Mw).
- HSD, Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station,
- Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators,
- Exhaust system, Ventilation unit.
- Lube oil system of Gas genets.
- Black Start Engine 1500 kva (Diesel Engine).
- Demineralized Water Treatment Plant.
- Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line
- To Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply.
- Maintain all the records like Log book, breakdown record, History card.
- To maintain all the fuel stock like Petrol, Diesel, Natural Gas day to day base
- Monitoring all the parameter of Gas engine & diesel engine and keeping them under limits.
- Knowledge of Scade system is must Compulsory.
- To maintain daily checklists and log books of all the concerned machines on daily basis.
- Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions in Power house.
- Use PPE on job.
Job Title: Shift Incharge-Gas Power Plant
Location: Ogun
Job Description
To take care of Operation of the following Equipment’s:
- Gas Generator (5.25X2 Mw ) .
- Black Start Engine 1500 kva (Diesel Engine).
- HSD and Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station.
- Pump station & Dispensing unit of Petrol & Diesel
- Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators.
- Exhaust system, Ventilation unit.
- Lube oil system of Gas genets.
- Demineralized Water Treatment Plant for Power Plant.
- Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line
- To Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply.
- Ensure uninterrupted power to all the plant equipment’s.
- To make modifications and techniques for solving chronic problems and to save the cost of power unit and Gas engine maintenance.
Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Should have good understanding of Purchase procedure (P2P).
- Must be well versed with service contracts and management.
- Well versed with Local commercial regulations and cost structure
- Receive PR/Indents from user and maintain register
- Floating of RFQ and offer collection from Local market
- Obtain Technical closure from respective users
- Prepare Comparative statement, approvals and Purchase orders and service contracts.
- Market survey and intelligence reports
- Perform jobs/tasks assigned by Purchase manager to achieve common goal/objective of organization
- Monitor pending PO/PR and f up
- Monthly reconciliation of the PR/PO
- Submission of relevant documents i.e. PO, MRN, Invoice to finance
- F up with Finance for payment as well vendor dispute resolution
Job Title: Shift Incharge – Electrical
Location: Ogun
Job Description
To take care of Maintenance of Electrical of Power houses & Utilities equipment’s like:
- HT and LT System.
- Synchronization at LT and HT
- Battery and Battery charger of 110volt.
- DG SCADA System
- DOL/Star Delta Starters for Motors.
- Soft starters/ Drives.
- Transformers at 11KV level
- Panels: – TTA/PTA with electronic relays and Compact Bus ducts.
- Electrical sections for Cranes / Fork Lift etc.
- To maintain proper Earthing in power house & utilities.
- To ensure uninterrupted power to all the electrical equipment’s for smooth functioning of electrical machinery.
- To attend the preventive maintenance of all the electrical equipment’s as per schedule / shutdown available and maintain the respective records.
- To attend day to day electrical complaints of inter/intra deptt, under the supervision of shift in charge to resolve the problems and record in log book.
- Maintain housekeeping and work safely by using required PPE’s
Qualifications
He should have minimum 7 years’ industrial experience in electrical trade having good knowledge of following equipment’s:
- HT and LT System.
- Synchronization at LT and HT
- Battery and Battery charger of 110volt.
- DG SCADA System
- DOL/Star Delta Starters for Motors.
- Soft starters/ Drives.
- Transformers at 11KV level
- Panels: – TTA/PTA with electronic relays and Compact Bus ducts.
- Electrical sections for Cranes / Fork Lift etc.
