Job Title: Cashier

Job Brief
- We are looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Redeem stamps and coupons
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the organization
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Requirements
- Work experience as a retail cashier is an added advantage
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Minimum Qualification: OND in any relevant field
- Candidate must reside in Ibadan.
Job Title: Driver
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Type: Permanent
Job Brief
- We are looking for a Driver to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner.
- Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs.
Responsibilities
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
- Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
- Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Driver is needed
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean driving record
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
- Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
- A polite and professional disposition
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
- Minimum Qualification: SSCE
- Candidate must reside in Ibadan.
