We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager
- Assist in overseeing vendor/service providers for the general maintenance of the estates
- Develop innovations to improve facility management process
- Assist in standardization and adherence to policies and procedures
- Monthly report rendition to the operations manager.
- The ability to drive is an added advantage.
- Assist in coordinating the estate residence secretariat and periodic meetings
- Planning and scheduling of operatives for operations
- Call clients for feedback after operations
- Firm leadership of team members for optimal results
- HND / B.Sc in Science related course and at least 3 years working experience in similar industries.
