Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Going beyond expectations to perception.

Requirements

  • Qualification: HND / BSC Marketing or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1year as Sales Personnel or similar role.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative support services to various business units to achieve optimal use of company time and resources.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient. Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures. Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
  • Ensure that office stationeries are available and do not go out of stock.
  • Manage the store efficiently, conduct monthly stocktaking and ensure store security and safety of assets
  • Monitors available supplies, chemicals, stationary, materials and goods in order to ensure that employees have access to the materials they need on time and to avoid wastage.
  • Coordinates logistics during in-house trainings: Arrangement of venue, dissemination of information to participants, refreshment etc.
  • Coordinate material requisition and ensure optimal allocation to all branches (Requisition of items must be vetted by relevant personnel and approval should be based on justifiable needs).
  • Manage all activities of the outsourced vendors and invoicing of utility bills. Ensure they work to optimal capacity at all times.
  • Implement cost reduction strategies in all admin operations and processes.
  • Facilitating and arrangement of space for accommodation of incoming assets.
  • Attend/Participate in monthly training and unit review activities and consistently ‘apply’ learning on the job.
  • Manage attendance
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Generate monthly admin. reports.
  • Perform any other duty or task assigned to him by the HHR & A

Requirements

  • Qualification: OND Social Science / Humanities
  • Experience: Minimum of 1year as admin personnel or similar role.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • provides assistance to high-level executives within the company.
  • Trusted with complex duties and sensitive information.
  • Front Desk Management: taking control while maintaining good ambiance.
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions
  • Manage Executives calendar.
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Handling correspondence directed to Executives.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Maintaining filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
  • Make, screen and direct phone calls.
  • Perform administrative duties.
  • Any other task as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Qualification: OND Social Science/Humanities or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2years as an Executive Assistant, Secretary or Front Desk Administrator
  • Due to the exigency of this position, considerations would be given to proximity to Lekki.
