It also has a Patricia Gift Store which help users send gifts to over 25 countries, and odd helper, an in-app purchase platform that help user pay discount prices for application, subscriptions, purchases and downloads.

Job Title: Product Manager (Digital Assets)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building Crypto/ Blockchain technology-based products that customers love and ensure that the product is made as efficiently as possible and that the people building it have access to the latest technologies and techniques.
  • You will also be responsible for the life cycle of the product, ensuring that everyone is following the product roadmap and that features are being released on time and are of a high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own the consumer experience from registration to digital currency trading
  • Work with cross-functional team to define and deliver product roadmap
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specification
  • Plan, organize, and deliver new products and features to the market
  • Drive global product launches and lead beta programs
  • Stay informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners
  • Work with Marketing to develop and optimize new user acquisition and retention
  • Planning new features and changes to a product taking overall responsibility for the success of your product
  • Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration

Requirements

  • BA / BS technical degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Must have prior product leadership experience with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life-cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Sales
  • Ability to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs
  • Have an eye for good design and user experience
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations
  • Past experience working in crypto exchanges is strongly preferred
  • Experience developing products in cryptocurrency or financial services

Job Description

  • We are currently seeking Customer oriented personnel to join our operations department. You will be focusing on direct customer servicing via telephone and taking ownership of each enquiries/complaints with proper follow up, actions to ensure resolution does reaching customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience – a minimum of 1-3 years (must have worked in a high influx e-commerce business like Jumia, Konga, etc)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to develop and manage a system of operation (top-notch organizational Skills).
  • Expertise in managing conversations on social media.

Job Title: Fraud and Compliance Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • The Fraud and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Fraud and compliance policy, and will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Fraud and compliance unit.
  • The Fraud and Compliance Analyst will ensure the appropriate level of prevention, deterrence, detection and investigation is detailed, executed and validated to protect the company and its employees and customers from fraud, theft, embezzlement and operational losses.

Responsibilities

  • The ownership, responsibility and accountability for the design and execution of the controls that respond to and mitigate fraud risk.
  • Serves as a trusted partner in handling fraud exposure from customers and clients of the company.
  • Responsible for Fraud infrastructure – includes technology tool, roadmap and model documentation / back testing and Third-Party Management oversight for Fraud activities.
  • Provide management reporting and trend analysis identifying the source of significant operational risks, possible vulnerabilities or weaknesses, and recommendations for policy or procedural changes.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for all employees on issues relating to money laundering, terrorist financing and receive reports on non-compliance with laws or company policies
  • Compile regular reports on risk and compliance performance that can be shared with management or the board of directors so that issues can be rectified
  • Ensure regular information dissemination and coordinate training across the company on compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance across the company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • First degree in any relevant degree, but preferably in the social sciences
  • 2-5 years of fraud operational and/or policy experience
  • Previous experience of working in a fraud prevention/detection department.

Job Title: Sales / Shelf Attendant

Job Description
We are currently looking to hire smart, young and energetic individuals to champion Sales for a business arm of our parent company which deals in fashion merchandize.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working in the store assisting clients and customer decide on clothing and accessories
  • Managing store administration and keeping inventory of merchandize
  • Managing customer service calls both inbound and outbound.
  • Must greet customers and provide assistance if required.
  • Direct customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available in the store, with the aim of encouraging them to buy.
  • Take special orders for items not currently in stock, or not normally stocked, and notify customers when the items have arrived through the Store Supervisor.
  • Package goods for customers if necessary.
  • Price, Stack and display items for sale and keep the store tidy and attractive • Be aware of health & safety issues & measures.
  • Closely monitor goods about to expire and take appropriate action in conjunction with the Supervisor.
  • Participate in stocktaking (counting and describing the goods in stock).

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience of working as Sales/Shelf Attendant preferred.
  • Must be smartly dressed as per the business norms.
