Location: Jabi, Abuja
Job Description
- You will be responsible for executing sales in the retail store, developing and maintaining a positive customer relationship and achieving sales targets. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our team.
- The individual is expected to be honest, proactive and should prioritize customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Personnel.
- Should not be more than 27 years old.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, proactive, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Inter-personal relationships and persuasive skills.
- You will report to the Supervisor.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction.
- Implement client referral strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with other team members.
- Supply the supervisor with reports on customer needs, problems and interests.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
