Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams
  • Must be creative and innovative
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • The officer must have a “thick skin” to be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
  • The officer will maintain a well compartmentalised database of customer contact information.
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Promote company’s product
  • Resolving product or service queries in a timely manner by identifying customer needs, clarifying
  • The officer is responsible for managing the company’s social media platform
  • The officer will send seasonal greetings to customers via text messages and emails.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in same role
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Must have good social media skills
  • Should have basic Graphic knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills
