Job Title: Team Leader and HR & Institutional Expert
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- A graduate of HR, Engineering, Economics or Social science (MBA, Masters or PhD);
- He/she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in the design and implementation of water supply reforms and in the design and implementation of organizational reforms and water utility management contracts (such as PPP in the form of service contract) in developing countries.
- A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
- Working experience with Nigerian relevant laws will be an added advantage.
Job Title: Financial Management and Cost Control Expert
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- An MBA graduate in Finance, or Chartered Accountancy, he/she must have at least of 8 years of work experience in the financial management and cost control in water sector in developing countries and with donors funded projects.
- A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
Job Title: Policy and Legal Expert
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- A graduate of Law, Public Policy or Social Science (Masters or PhD),
- He / she must have at least of 8 years of work experience in the policies, laws and institutions in development and water sector in developing countries and with donors funded projects.
- A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
Job Title: Water Supply Revenue Improvement and Commercial Expert
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- A graduate in Finance or Economics (MBA, Master or PhD) or any other relevant discipline;
- He/she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in design and implementation of water supply projects in developing countries.
- He/she must have knowledge on water utility revenue improvement, commercial and financial operations and development of financial model.
- A working experience with donors funded projects will be an added advantage.
- A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- A graduate in Administration, Engineering, Economics or Social Science (Master or PhD), he/she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in the monitoring & evaluation for water utilities in developing countries.
- A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
- Working experience with Nigerian relevant laws will be an added taken.
Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Expert
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- A graduate in Engineering or any other relevant discipline, he / she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in operation and maintenance activities related to water supply infrastructure projects in or related sectors in developing countries.
- He / she must have knowledge of preparation of relevant O&M Manuals and requirements for water supply infrastructure management.
- A working experience with donors funded projects will be an added advantage.
- A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
Job Title: Change Management and Capacity Building Expert
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- A graduate in HR, Engineering, Economics or Social Science (MBA, Master or PhD);
- He/she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in the design and implementation of change management and capacity building programs for water utilities in developing countries.
- A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
- Working experience with Nigerian relevant laws will be an added taken.
