Job Description
- The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution.
- You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of the project life cycle
- Manage tenants/mini estates
- Manage Artisans
- Manage Engineers
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely/daily status reports to stakeholders
Remuneration
Pay: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
