Job Title: Showroom Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Showroom Manager must monitor the items in the showroom and ensure that the showroom is continuously re-stocked and stocked with new arrivals.
  • Supervise the showroom attendants in the arrangement of goods in the showroom. She must make sure that the goods are complete and sign the Transfer Form
  • Making sure that the target for showroom is met on a monthly basis. She is to send in a performance report of the showroom on a quarterly basis.
  • Seek out new customers and bring in business.
  • Supervise all the sales and marketing activities in the showroom and also assist clients in the process of product selection wherever necessary.
  • She must ensure that she delivers exceptional customer service at all times to customers and also make sure that the showroom staff give excellent customer service at all times.
  • The Showroom Manager will monitor fast selling items and slow selling items, so as to make recommendations to management about items to order.
  • The Showroom Manager will take note of difficult customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently. The Showroom Manager must also take note of the product requests of customers and inform management.
  • Monitoring the activities of the neighbouring competition and sharing knowledge with Management on effective practices, competition intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
  • Identifying areas of business improvement and proposing corrective actions to meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Must have strong organizational and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Must be an excellent people manager with strong relational skills.
  • Applicant must be female.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • SSCE holder with minimum of 1 year experience as a dispatch rider.
  • Must be neat and presentable
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have a rider’s permit
  • Must be familiar with Lagos routes
  • Applicant must reside on the island.

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Purchase needed items from market
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business
  • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
  • Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information, delivery times, qualifications, product ranges etc
  • Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts.
  • Other Administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supply chain/procurement
  • Must have great organizational and Administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to create and maintain a good relationship with vendors/suppliers.
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
