  • Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Job Description
Operations:

  • To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, as well as to provide guidance and support to his/her subordinates.
  • Receive daily preparation lists recipe and measurements
  • Receive special orders request and proffer the most suitable recipe for such orders.
  • Handle all baking equipment and company property are handled with care.
  • Always ensure that personal hygiene and safety standards are met by all members of the baking team
