Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Must offer advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects
  • Must be able to solve technical issues, provide advice, manage and prepare reports. work activities.
  • Managing construction activities and tasks.
  • Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.
  • Overseeing building work.
  • Surveying sites like setting out, alignments, levels etc.
  • Making sure specifications are met on site.
  • Solving problems and providing technical advice.
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering field.
  • Min of 3 – 5 years’ experience as a SITE ENGINEER in a reputable construction firm.
  • Professional Certification is an added advantage.

Job Title: Assistance Maintenance Manager (Facility Management)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Assist the Maintenance manager in the maintenance of production machines, buildings and accessories, plant’s Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Facility Maintenance activities to ensure a safe and profitable facility.
  • Coordinate and assist day to day activities within the Maintenance department including breakdowns, preventive and predictive maintenance and projects.
  • Minimize downtime through analysis, corrective action, training, team building, and process improvements. Develop and enforce plant and departmental policies and procedures. Assist in managing capital expenditure projects.
  • All activities must be carried out in line with best global manufacturing and accepted engineering standards
  • Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs that will help in reducing overall unplanned down time and increase overall equipment reliability
  • Promote plant goals such as Safety, Quality, and Production.
  • Monitor, track, and analyses production efficiencies in Manufacturing.
  • Coordinate and assist in all new installations and machine/facility rebuilding or repair as per accepted engineering standard
  • Meet operational needs and requirements within budget.
  • Plan and organize work to meet schedules and timelines in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Develops or revises standard operational procedures and implement agreed SOP’s in compliance with standards and procedures
  • Assist with implementation of safety equipment for plant equipment and compliance of plant and equipment with safety requirements.
  • Assure new equipment reviews are conducted on all new and modified equipment
  • Additional duties as defined by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in Construction, Real Estate
  • Demonstrates organizational and team building skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Salary

  • N100,000 monthly.

Job Title: Human Resource Consultant

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Contract Duration: 1 year Renewable.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with the experience and capacity to develop and implement strategic HR services at a client’s office.
  • Ideal Candidate must have experience in core HR functions including (but not limited to) Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement, etc.
  • He/she must possess prior experience in starting up and managing a Human Resource department.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate and implement all Human Resource programs and projects and also provide
  • Required feedback on all Human Resource strategies and monitor performance of all new programs.
  • Create and implement a standard operating procedure (SOP) to include compensation approvals (payroll & cycle approvals), and recruitment processes etc.
  • Develop and implement organizational chart, Job profiles and HR Budgets.
  • Develop an employee handbook of policies to include vacation policy, sick policy, time off policy, grievance policy, annual performance reviews etc.
  • Formulate strategic and practical plans for new hire onboarding/induction and background checks.
  • Prepare annual staffing plans and projections.
  • Develop training plans for all employees
  • Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
  • Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • Min of 4 years Cognate Experience (with at least 3 years prior experience in consulting).
  • Professional certification is an added advantage (i.e. CIPM, CIPD)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
  • Must be a high performer requiring minimal supervision in order to deliver individually and inspire results from team members.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills with exceptional people management and consulting skills.
  • Must possess strong project management and presentation skills.

Salary
N110,000 monthly.
