CK10 Hotel is commissioned on a 7-hectare land mass featuring two swimming pools, pool bar, VIP pool bar, Open bar Executive lounge, restaurant, Laundry, Super market, pharmacy, game center, Unisex Saloon, Spar, Fitness gym, Photography studio, Live Video Recording Studio, Recording Studio, Music Rehearsal Studio, A Fully Air-conditioned Conference room for meetings and a sound-proof event hall suitable for both corporate meetings as well as social engagements.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Location: Magboro, Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Prepares Asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guides accounting clerical staffs by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintain financial security by following internal control processes.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
  • Complies with Federal, State, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on the needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional bodies.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess HND, B.Sc. qualification
  • Prospective candidates must resides around Magboro,mowe, ibafo, Arepo, Wawa or any location closer to Magboro and candidates must have 2 – 4 years working experience in the hospitality sector or restaurant.
