Job Description
A new bakery located in Gbagada Lagos requires the services of a Head Baker:
- The head baker will be responsible for Coordination of all baking and production acitivities in the bakery.
- He/She will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products are of high standard and no compromise is made in taste, quality and standard.
- The Head Baker will be reposnsible for developing the recipe and introducing new flavours and creativity to the pastries and bread produced.
- The Head baker will be responsible for coordinating the actvities of all the staff and ensuring high level of hygiene is followed and not compromised.
- The Head Baker will ensure efficiency in production, avoiding wastage and stock loss.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience
