We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • The Operations Associate is responsible for managing and directing production processes while ensuring optimum utilization of resources to increase product quality and efficiency in production.

Production Operational Planning and Management

  • Effective planning for all production and inventory activities
  • Coordinate all supervisors for efficient management of all production activities from beginning till the completion
  • Optimum management of production resources
  • Oversee monthly target projection plans
  • Assist in the creation of production budget and ensure production activities follows a strict budget
  • Manage relationships with production vendors and inter-departmental communications.
    Ensure all necessary documents and records are up to date

Process and Personnel Improvement:

  • Audit production processes to review and constantly implement appropriate process improvement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce production errors.
  • Manage and coordinate the production staff to ensure productivity.
  • Identify skill gaps among team members and initiate necessary up-skill measures.

Educational Qualification, Experience, and Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. /B.A in any relevant field.
  • 3-4 years experience in an operations role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to schedule activities and maximize time while ensuring to meet all deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, see the big picture and synergize.
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals in a wide range of positions and foster harmony across teams
  • Proven in-depth knowledge and understanding of Production Operations activities.
  • Skilled in the practice of data analysis to draw both quantitative and qualitative conclusions
  • Self-motivated, Fast-paced, independent thinker and problem solver.

Job Title: Company Driver

Location: Ada-George, Rivers

Job Summary

  • The Company Driver is responsible for prompt & accurate delivery of products to customers and driving services to Reelfruit Staff.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Obey traffic rules and use route navigation apps and knowledge of the area to drive staff and deliver packages to customers on time.
  • Decently carry out deliveries to customers
  • Ensure vehicle documents are updated.
  • Ensure safe and accident-free driving.
  • Load and unload organizations merchandise in and out of office
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Work on workdays and be available to work on occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Keep up a vehicle log to record areas traveled to and travel time.
  • Keep all records including receipts for vehicle maintenance.
  • Dress professionally in accordance with the company’s dress code
  • Ensure the vehicle is kept clean inside and outside at all times.
  • Complete daily maintenance checks on the delivery van and notify the manager of any issues.
  • Report any electrical or mechanical faults, mishaps, accidents, or damage vehicles to the Supervisor.
  • Ensure possession of the updated vehicle and driving-related documents.

Educational Qualification, Experience, and Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE certification
  • Minimum of 4years driving experience.
  • Good communication ability (Verbal and Written)
  • Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with Port Harcourt routes and the use of GPS devices or map apps.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s licence and all other state/federal driving related documents/ licences

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for the improvement of market visibility via identification and closing of commercial opportunities, building and managing customer relationships, generating and exceeding targeted revenues allocated to the assigned region.

Duties / Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop, grow, and manage all trade/retail distributions in assigned location and neighboring markets.
  • Meet and exceed trade accounts in revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Oversee and manage order fulfillment from end to end
  • Provide accurate financial and accounting information on sales and contribute to the preparation of sales budgets, reports, and forecasts.
  • Produce all trade accounts monthly sales and activity analysis/ report to monitor progress on set departmental goals, impact product development, measure self-impact, and progress on the job.
  • Establish and manage relationships across all trade partners/clients.
  • Ensure product returns and retrievals are kept to the barest minimum and in line with company policies
  • Optimization of all trade accounts to ensure product visibility and elimination of stock-outs.
  • Ensure the entire product range is represented across all trade account channels
  • Train, mentor, and manage subordinates.

Stock Keeping:

  • Oversee and document all stock received and sent out, to and from the regional office.
  • Supervise the record-keeping of sales and product samples were given out.
  • Monitor the update of inventory records.

Educational Qualification, Experience and Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc / B.A in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field
  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience in with a good understanding of B2B sales
  • Ability to generate new business leads using an existing network of contacts and industry knowledge
  • Ability to make informed strategic decisions
  • Ability to handle high-level negotiation meetings and deals.
  • Ability to schedule activities and maximize time while ensuring to meet all deadlines.
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals in a wide range of positions and foster harmony across teams
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, fast-paced, Customer-Centric, independent thinker and problem solver.
