We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Candidate will be able to assist HR Managers in the whole recruitment lifecycle
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain calendars of HR management team.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Requirements

  • We’re looking for include excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills.
  • To be an ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position, you should also hold an HR-related degree and have some experience in industries. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.

Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Description

  • Candidate will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of our company and also will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Replace parts as required
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with professionals, such as software developers
  • Test and evaluate new technology.

Requirements

  • B.Eng, BSc, B.Tech qualification.
  • 5 – 8 years experience.
  • Attention to detail.
