Summary of Main Responsibilities

  • The primary objective of this role is to meet the company’s financial target and manage the relationship with clients.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess prospective investors and create awareness about the company’s services.
  • Cultivate or search for reputable investors in the government circles and reputable companies and organizations.
  • Assisting with the formulation of effective marketing and advertising campaigns to generate client interest.
  • Implement strategies for acquiring new customers/clients within the target market.
  • Maintaining and building contacts with potential clients.
  • Assisting in organizing and attending events on behalf of the company.

Requirements

  • B.Sc or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience
  • Must have worked in the banking sector and attained the position of a manager.
  • Good negotiation and communication skillis a MUST.

Job Title: Enterprise Operation Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Summary of Main Responsibilities

  • Help with the onboarding process, create and maintain customers’ accounts according to the payment solution model, including system mapping and setting up, special configuration, etc.
  • Monitor expenses and budget in line with the finance and accounts department
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
  • Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts
  • Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board

Requirements

  • Canddiates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience
  • Proven experience in working in business operations or sales operations
  • MMO or banking operation background preferred
  • Sufficient understanding of MMO business logic, application scenarios, costs, and charges
  • High Service Consciousness of “Customers First”
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Title: Online & Offline Payments Partnership Director / Senior Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Summary of Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing business partnership and new revenue opportunities with institutional partners, in both online and offline payments and related value-added technical services
  • Establish leads for corporate relationships with Microfinance banks, intercity bus industry, an e-commerce company, etc. in ways that will benefit the organization
  • Discover needs and potential new partnership opportunities with these institutions, and tailor / create a new model of partnerships
  • Generate new business through strategic alliances and integrations.
  • Negotiate contracts from a business and commercial perspective.
  • Serve as liaison between partners and the organization
  • Responsible for proposal and communication to prospective partners.
  • Work closely with assigned corporate partnership coordinators to ensure contractual fulfillment.
  • Ensure proper status of business with partners are well articulated for management decision making
  • Ensure pricing with partners is negotiated adequately to suit the business model of the organization
  • On-board new MFB partners that will drive huge volumes on the platform
  • Present OPay’s value proposition to prospective and existing partners.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree qualification
  • 5 years+ experience on B2B partnership in the payment industry; added advantage if you have past clients or sales projects in microfinance bank, inter-city bus, etc.
