Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients in the company’s premises and answering the phone (or mails).
- Follow-up of customer experience.
- Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.
- Answering questions, suggestions, remarks from clients.
- Receiving and dealing with customer claims.
- Respond to emails and provide spontaneous follow up on calls and emails
Job Requirements
- Strictly for OND holder
- 2-3 years work experience
Salary Range
N30,000 – N35,000 / Month.
Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications
- First Degree in relevant discipline
- Experience: 2-5 years wor experience
- MBA or Professional qualifications may be an added advantage
Job Requirements:
- Strong commercial character and being customer oriented with determinations.
- Good innate behaviors such as interpersonal skills, instinct, and the willingness to convince
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Financial Industries
- Sound Accounting and Financial Market
- Good confidence and able to do presentation
- Rigorous and systematic organization skills. This allows you to manage several customers or sales processes simultaneously. The idea is to leave nothing behind in order to offer a high quality service to customers.
- Personal integrity must be above bar
- Your communication skill level must be one of your strengths. Developing a market abroad requires to master the international business language. You will converse with your team and customers on a daily basis and it is mandatory to understand everything.
