Job Description
The child care specialist is responsible for the general safety of the children and the supervision of children actions.
Terms of Reference:
- Caring for Infants and toddler
- Preparing food, drinks and snacks for kids and ensuring that they are done with great personal hygiene.
- Monitoring and supervising children’s play actions.
- Telling stories to children and teaching various activities to engage their brains.
- Teaching eating manners, clothing and behavior’s to children.
- Providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere for overall development.
- Reading stories and teaching basic skills like singing, painting, and writing.
- Developed and supervised children during play activities for improving their physical fitness.
- Updated development of physical and mental development of children to the parents.
- Ensured that there is no threat of any kind to children in and around the facility and every child is taken care of.
- Taught children how to maintain hygiene and perform daily basic routines.
Qualification / Experience
- NCE (National Certificate in Education, OND obtained through full-time studies

The person is Responsible for general cleanliness and ensuring its conducive and comfortable enough for the children.
Terms of Reference:
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and waxing floors.
- Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels.
- Cleaning spills and other messes up as quickly as possible.
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary.
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed.
- Must be resident around Kubwa, Dutse, or Gwarimpa.
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum of SSCE will be an advantage.

Job Description
- The Instructor is responsible for organizing, teaching and mentoring a small class size of about 15 to 20 pupils and also for the delivery of all subjects with particular emphasis on core subjects of Literacy, Numeracy and Science.
Terms of Reference:
- Lesson planning and preparation; checking pupils’ work; administering of tests/exams and production of results.
- Organizing, attending and supervising school activities such as excursions, school concerts, camps, sporting events etc.

- Results focused, positive and creative approach to teaching with excellent classroom and behavior management, Good IT skills and the ability to use digital teaching aid technologies.

Job Description
- The cook is responsible for appropriate taking care of the kitchen, monitor the preparation of food and the orderliness of kitchen utensils.
Terms of Reference:
- The position will be responsible for preparing a variety of Children friendly nutritional local and intercontinental dishes.
- Should ensure the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
- Making a list of ingredients required on a weekly and basis.
- Design weekly and monthly menu schedules.
- Serve food to children (breakfast, lunch, and snacks) in the proper set.
- Responsible for consolidation and proper storage of food after meals.
- Carry dishes to and out of dining areas.
- Clean up after meals and ongoing cleaning to maintain the highest levels f sanitation in the kitchen.
- Dishwashing.
- Beverage preparation i.e. bug juice, fruit juices, and Tea.
- Sweeping and mopping at the end of the day.
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum of SSCE
- Must hold training on kitchen/catering services
- Experience of precising and presenting information is desirable but not essential.
- Minimum of 1-5 years work experience.
