Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

  • Ensure the front desk and office is tidy and presentable with all necessary material in place.
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Manage our social media platforms.
  • Take up other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND.
  • Work Experience (include number of years and kind required): minimum of 1 year.

Job Title: Finance Intern

Location: Lagos

Summary Job Description (State Key Roles and Responsibilities of Staff)

  • Supports the Head FX team and Finance Manager in ensuring proper cash management, effective execution of all treasury related documentations, banking information management and customer collections / recoveries.
  • Customer collection calls: to gather issues for further internal discussions / resolutions.
  • Regular tracking and tracing of customer payments.
  • Preparation of refund documents in the event of wrong payments made by customers.
  • Preparation of treasury related documents (banking access maintenance, Trades / FX documents, etc.)
  • Monitoring of daily cash balance across multiple bank accounts.
  • Support resolution of vendor payments issues.
  • Carry out other assignments that may be given by the Management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

  • Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.

Job Title: I.T Support Personnel

Job Title: Executive Driver / PA

Location: Lagos

  • Safely and timely drive the CEO to work and back, and to occasions.
  • Safely drive the CEO’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized.
  • Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts.
  • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.
  • Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.
  • Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take.
  • Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the CEO’s car(s).
  • Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
  • Carry out some modest office undertakings like organizing records, and cleaning the employer’s office and desk.
  • Carry out other assignments that may be given by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Driver’s licence, good communication skills, clean driving record, discretion and trustworthiness, flexibility and adaptability, organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lagos

  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
  • Pick up staff from the place and at the time they’ve requested.
  • Assist staff with loading and unloading their luggage.
  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
  • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
  • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence, polite and professional disposition.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour), effective communication skills, knowleadgeable in road networks and routes in Lagos State.
  • Work Experience (include number of years and kind required): minimum of 1 year.
